With 20 years of experience as a holistic wellness coach and energy healer my passion lies in helping women find solace, strength, and connection while they begin their path to inner peace and healing.

My journey began as I explored the profound intersections of mind, body and spirit. Through the practice of Reiki Mastery, Guided Meditations, Crystal Therapy and Chakra Balancing I've empowered countless individulas to embark on their own wellness journey of inner peace and well-being.....
